Mission
Travelers Guide to Healing exists to share the transformative art of energy healing. We believe that everyone deserves access to the tools and knowledge to embark on their own healing journey, regardless of their background or circumstances.

We envision a world where people know and help themselves, and where they come together to share and exchange ideas freely.
Our Approach
We lift the artificial boundaries around different modalities of healing, systems of thought, or branches of science. We take everything that resonates and is appropriate and apply it in productive ways to help our journey of spiritual growth and awakening.
Tatiana's Bio
Physicist by training, college professor and administrator by vocation, and teacher at heart, Tatiana Gwon (née Stantcheva) earned her Ph.D. in Physics from The Ohio State University and has spent more than two decades in higher education as a professor, researcher, and academic leader.
Tatiana teaches and works in the same way she lives: with a pragmatic focus on practical spirituality. Whether in physics or metaphysics, astrology or yoga, principles must be workable in daily life — without adding more effort or requiring special conditions or resources. Life is already cumbersome; practices that do not lighten the burden have little value here.
Through her books, newsletter, and podcast, Tatiana shares what she learns along the way — including false starts, ego detours, and moments of unexpected clarity — offering a grounded, humane approach to conscious living she calls Effortless Reality. She lives in Northern Virginia with her family and dreams of someday having a rustic cottage by the sea.
